Tickets: Tickets can be bought using the links provided on each show listing.
Re-sale of Tickets: As with most live events tickets for shows at Inchyra are non-refundable - it would be impossible to run a venue if you couldn't rely on ticket sales. However, they are transferable so you have various options: you can sell them on privately, you could use Twickets (fan ticket resale site) or, if the show is sold out, you may be able to re-sell through the Skiddle Waiting List facility which can be accessed through your personal Skiddle account.
Show Times/Information: Showtimes and other useful information will be given on the website listing for each show. Please note that we are unlikely to be able to respond to enquiries by phone, Facebook, Instagram or email about timings, facilities etc particularly in the run up to a show when we are likely to be out of the office. Please, therefore, refer to the information given online. If you're early you always can pop into the Glencarse Hotel in the village for a drink!
Food & Drink: the venue is fully licensed and we operate a full bar. Please note however that for some larger shows (such as sold out standing shows) we may run a more limited offering, such as just beer and wine, to speed up service. We also often have hot food available. We will let you know on the show listing on this website whether food is being served. If you are planning to eat before the show please make sure that you arrive in good time as we cannot cater for the full audience, particularly at standing shows.
Disabled Access: If you require disabled access or seating for any of our shows, including standing, please contact us on 01738 860066 and we will arrange this for you. Please note that seating and wheelchair access may be limited for some shows, particularly if advertised as a fully standing show, so please contact us well in advance as spaces are allocated on a first come basis.
Under 18s: we are very much in favour of introducing children and young people to live music at an early age, however, our experience is that below a certain age the vast majority of children find big loud shows too much which is not great for them or for the rest of the audience. We, therefore, give a minimum age which in our experience is suitable for each show. Please do not buy tickets for children below the stated age as we will not be able to give them access.
